The diamond wire saw DS750 NC4 is a stable machine, ideal for sawing conic contours. Due to its additional U- and V- rotation axes cuts can be sawn with a diagonal of up to ± 5o. This is significant, for example, when manufacturing conic electrodes for eroding depressions.

Dust removal

Vacuum units with 2.2 kW lateral channel compressor, 2 m2 M filter with manual cleansing, and a final filter that removes any remaining dust from the air.

 

External switchboard cooler

The switchboard is sealed off and air-proof, to prevent intrusion, even of the finest dust. In countries with high external temperatures this may lead to the switchboard overheating. The heat may be drawn off into the outside air with an external cooler.
