Precision Diamond Band Saws BS400 FY

for use in laboratory and in production

The BS400 FY is equipped with a ball screw drive for the X-axis and the Y-axis tables. The travel path and feed rates are programmable. The tables can be positioned by means of the buttons of the Mitsubishi control system. The machine is also available without Y-axis drive.

Unit for measuring the feed force

While cutting the feed force is displayed on the screen. The feed speed and band speed can be optimally adjusted.

 

Coolant system with filter insert

Collecting tray with outlet to the coolant tank. The coolant pump is controlled automatically. Convex grid designed to hold a filter mat. A filter mat of about 0.7 x 0.7 m may be inserted and replaced when necessary.

 

Band cleaning

The band is cleaned with a high-pressure spray nozzle unit. The band is cleaned just before it cuts the material, as the high-pressure cleaning system of the saw band is located below the cutting point.
