Precision Diamond Band Saws BS270 XY

The diamond band saw BS270 XY is equipped with a ball screw drive unit for the X and Y table. The travels and feed velocities are programmable, and the tables can be positioned by means of the buttons of the Mitsubishi control system.

Coolant system

Collecting tray with outlet to the coolant tank. The coolant pump is controlled automatically.

 

Band cleaning

The band is cleaned with a high-pressure spray nozzle unit. The band is cleaned just before it cuts the material, as the high-pressure cleaning system of the saw band is located below the cutting point.

 

Machine stand

Machine stand for the diamond band saw BS270 table model without coolant system for installation on a level ground.

 

Filter insert

Bulged grate holding the filter fleece, which can be replaced, if required.
