Precision Diamond Band Saws BS270 X

for use in laboratory and in production

The diamond band saw BS270 X is equipped with a ball screw drive unit for the X table. The travels and feed velocities are programmable, and the table can be positioned by means of the buttons of the Mitsubishi control system.

Available options

Y-axis square

Manually positionable Y direction square, sliding on the X table (with clamping mechanism). For the cutting of slides, the work piece can be clamped on the table and moved parallel to the clamping system.

 

Y-table

Work piece table with linear guidance in Y direction, with drill template for the clamping of work pieces. The table has a feed travel of 210 mm and is positioned by means of a manually operated wheel. The position of the table is indicated by a digital display with an accuracy of 0.01 mm.

 

Coolant system

Collecting tray with outlet to the coolant tank. The coolant pump is controlled automatically.

 

Band cleaning

The band is cleaned with a high-pressure spray nozzle unit. The band is cleaned just before it cuts the material, as the high-pressure cleaning system of the saw band is located below the cutting point.

 

Machine stand

Machine stand for the BS270 table model without coolant system for installation on a level ground.

 

Filter insert

Bulged grate holding the filter fleece, which can be replaced, if required.
