Precision Diamond Band Saws BS270 VXY

for use in industrial production

The diamond band saw BS270 VXY is a reinforced, extra sturdy band saw. The X table with four-point bearing caters for work pieces of up to 100 kg in weight. The diamond band saw BS270 VXY is equipped with a ball screw drive unit for the X and Y table. The travels and feed velocities are programmable, and the tables can be positioned by means of the buttons of the Mitsubishi control system.

Coolant system

Collecting tray with outlet to the coolant tank. The coolant pump is controlled automatically.

 

Band cleaning

The band is cleaned with a high-pressure spray nozzle unit. The band is cleaned just before it cuts the material, as the high-pressure cleaning system of the saw band is located below the cutting point.

 

Filter insert

Bulged grate holding the filter fleece, which can be replaced, if required.
