Precision Diamond Band Saws BS270 NC

The computer-controlled diamond band saw BS270 NC is a very stable machine designed for use in industrial production. It caters for work pieces with a weight up to 100 kg. The machine is equipped with a boosted 1.3 kW drive motor. Its computerized control system allows for the accurate reproduction of cuts. The diamond band saw BS270 NC is equipped with a ball screw drive unit for the X and Y table. The travels and feed velocities are programmable, and the tables can be positioned by means of the buttons of the Mitsubishi control system.

Coolant system

Collecting tray with outlet to the coolant tank. The coolant pump is controlled automatically.

 

Band cleaning

The band is cleaned with a high-pressure spray nozzle unit. The band is cleaned just before it cuts the material, as the high-pressure cleaning system of the saw band is located below the cutting point.

 

Filter insert

Bulged grate holding the filter fleece, which can be replaced, if required.

 

Machine covering

Spray water cabin for the machine. Sight window and door protecting the machining area.

 

Work piece conveyor belt

Cut work pieces drop onto a conveyor belt that removes them from the machining area.
